We currently have two apartment locations to serve you. Leverett Gardens and Maria H Apartments are located on the Blue bus route in close proximity to the University of Arkansas campus. Each offer on site management, maintenance, and have a 24-hour on call maintenance staff. |

Leverett Gardens offers two in-ground pools, spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, major kitchen appliances, stacked washer/dryer in each unit, central heat and air, and well-maintained grounds. |

The Maria H Apartments complex offers an in-ground pool, spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom Townhouses, central heat and air, major appliances, washer/dryer connections, stacked washer and dryer, coin operated laundry, and beautiful landscaping. |
